     The 2019 Photographer's Rendezvous Rendezvous itinerary


ITINERARY OCTOBER 18th through 20th 2019 Times and content subject to change with out notice
FRIDAY:
      5:00-6:00 Social Hour in the Dining Room
      6:00-7:00 Dinner in the Dining Room
FRIDAY NIGHT:
​      7:30-8:30 PM This years guest speaker, Rick Murai, will give his presentation in the Conference Room.
SATURDAY:
      7:00 Coffee/Hot Water will be on in the dining room
      7:30-8:30 Breakfast will be served at the cook’s pleasure.
      8:30 Sharp The presentation program begins promptly!
      11:00 Group photo on front steps of the Mission. We'll confirm place and time at the Rendezvous.
SATURDAY NOON: Lunch will be served in the dining room.
      1:30-4:00 Program starts with presentations. This is subject to change.
      4:00-5:00 You are on your own unless you volunteered for a specific task. Photograph.
      5:00-6:00 Social hour in dining room with Silent Auction.
      6:00 PM. BBQ. (see menu above) Our caterer this year is Travis from Cork & Plough is coming back.                                                                    for a encore performance. He's offering a wonderful menu for both Vegetarian and Omnivore's.
      However, we cannot accommodate for special food allergies at this time. If your require special food please feel free
      to bring it with you.

SATURDAY EVENING:
      7:30 Guest speaker on SATURDAY Evening will be Ted Orland and Mark Citret.
      The topic is “Artist in Residence” and will be held in the conference room.
SUNDAY MORNING:
      7:00- Coffee will be on .
      7:30-8:30 Breakfast will be served in the dining room.
      8:30-11:30 Final Presentation, Print Swap and closing comments.
                               (we may appropriate the dining room to lay out prints if we are short on tables)
      10:00 AM Checkout so rooms can be prepared for the next retreat. We can use the conference room
       until we are done. We will receive instructions for how to checkout from Joan Steele.
