                   The weekend's menu for the 2019 Rendezvous

     Catering for the Rendezvous by “Cork and Plough” of King City, using nothing but the finest locally grown ingredients. The proposed menus below may change as better ingredients become available.
FRIDAY DINNER:
          Curried Chicken Thighs, Jasmine Rice and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables.
SATURDAY BREAKFAST:
      Buffet of breakfast selections including, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, eggs, homemade granola, yogurt, and pastries.
SATURDAY LUNCH:
       
  Sack Lunch with your choice of Turkey or Ham Sandwich, Vegan Sandwich, Zingy Cucumber Salad, Fresh Baked Cookie.
SATURDAY NIGHT BARBECUE:
     Orzo Pasta Salad w/ grilled vegetables and yogurt sauce. Green Salad with blue cheese, dried cranberries,  toasted almonds, and citrus                         dressing. Roasted Sweet Potatoes with rosemary and roasted grapes. Tri-Tip with Orange Cumin Succotash or  Caribbean Chicken with                       Pineapple Salsa. Garlic Herb Bread and desert Chocolate Cherry Almond Panna Cotta.
SUNDAY BREAKFAST:
     Buffet of breakfast selections including, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, eggs, homemade granola, yogurt, and pastries.
