Photographing the Mission:
The lighting at the Mission is wonderful, day and night, both inside and out. One can spend hours watching the sun work its way around the courtyard gardens, photographing infinite number of subtle changes. The Mission offers a peaceful change from the chaos of outside world and is used frequently as a group retreat. The night offers another unique experience.
As someone once exclaimed "Why is the sky so black... And?... What are all those white dots anyway?
Yes! You can see the stars at night.
Meals at the Mission:
A total of five meals are included with your room or camping reservation. Meals will be prepared and served by Cork & Plough. All food is locally sourced, expertly prepared and will delight both the vegetarian and omnivore.
Want to bring someone to the barbecue? You may!
There's a cut off date for barbecue sign up and space is limited. So!...Please contact Barbara A.S.A.P. to make arrangements.
Accommodations at the Mission:
There are 30 double occupancy rooms available at the mission. All the rooms have been restored. Each has two beds and a sink. The newly remodeled shared bathrooms have showers and are ADA compliant.
Special note:
Had the Rendezvous been in King City this year, we would of had to raise registration to $215.00 to cover the new park fees. If you add motel $260.00 (cheapest for the dates is $115.00 a night plus Tax) plus eating out $80.00 it would come to $550.00 for one person or $850.00 for two ($425.00 ea).

Our Cancelation Policy:
Sometimes things just don't work out the way we plan. If something comes up and you need to cancel your reservations this is what to expect.
You can expect a refund of your reservation fee if you cancel one month or more before the Rendezvous, minus a $25.00 admin fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than one month before the Rendezvous you can expect a refund minus $180.00, for our non refundable costs.
All refunds will be mailed out shortly after this years Rendezvous.
